Meet the Team

Kelly Donathan, PT, DPT, ATC

Kelly is passionate about providing individualized, patient-centered care that embodies a holistic approach to health and wellness. Her background as a competitive gymnast and collegiate swimmer initially led her to pursue Orthopedic & Sports Medicine physical therapy in Colorado; however, after moving to Minnesota and taking her first Women’s/Pelvic Health course four years ago, she fell in love with the complexity of treating this population as well as individuals with chronic pain. Kelly is excited to bring her pelvic health and dry needling skillsets to Illinois. She can often be found “nerding out” about dry needling, pain neuroscience, and Pilates-based rehab on the Reformer. Kelly received her Doctorate in Physical therapy from Clarke University in Dubuque, IA.

Yvonne Gagliano, PT , DPT, CEEAA

Evie received her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2000 from Washington University in St. Louis and graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2003. With her knowledge and experience of treating individuals at all levels of care, she moved to Arizona and with a business partner started Arizona OrthoSports and InMotion Phyical Therapy and Wellness. Her desire to provide quality care driven by outcomes motivated her to receive an advanced specialization through the American Physical Therapy Association and in 2015 became a Certified Exercise Expert for the Aging Adult (CEEAA). She has a vision for developing exercise programs to combat the risks associated with the diseases of aging. This interest has incited her to develop rehabilitation protocols and pathways to treat multiple disease processes. In 2019, she became certified in LSVT BIG a specialized treatment approach for Parkinson’s Disease emphasizing the amplitude of movement. She is excited to begin this new chapter at Thrive Ability Center bringing expert care through specialized treatment approaches.
