How we approach structural pain and recovery
Getting out of pain is a start. The longer goal is lasting function - with rehab and movement support as needed.

When treating structural conditions, the first goal is often to reduce pain. Lasting function takes more: chiropractic, rehab, massage, health coaching, and physiologic modalities as indicated - sequenced for the person in front of us.
A 44-year-old after knee surgery still had chronic issues. Physical therapy had been done. Orthotics had never been reassessed after the operation. The first step was to reassess, rebuild the orthotic story, and give him a rehab protocol that reset neurological control around the joint. He was pain-free in two weeks.
The moral is the institute’s entire model: reset the system around the injury, then train it so it holds. That is why sports medicine and performance live in the same clinic.
