What more water actually does

Hydration supports blood volume, temperature, digestion, and how you feel in a training week. It will not replace sleep, protein, or a hormone plan.

Patients who raise fluids from “coffee and a sip at lunch” often notice fewer afternoon headaches and easier training. That is the benefit this old post was pointing at. The clinic version adds context: GLP-1 appetite suppression, sauna, and summer heat all raise the floor.

If you already drink enough and still have fatigue or cramps, we look at sodium, thyroid, and training load - not a larger bottle.

Does more water help weight loss?

It can reduce incidental snacking and support training. It is not a fat-loss protocol. Medical weight loss here still uses labs, nutrition, and sometimes GLP-1s.
